IAG Shared Service Department is responsible to provide the functional support to IAG Group. The Finance section within IAG Shared Services also supports the Income Insurance Group Finance requirements

You will be a part of the IAG Shared Service Department who serves as integral part of defining and implementing strategy based on the direction of the IAG Group. You'll lead and manage the Finance Shared Service and responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of deliverables in accordance with the service levels agreed with its customers and Income Insurance Group finance requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for the operational performance and service standards of the Finance Share Service function, which includes treasury management, finance operation (including but not limited to accounts receivables and payables), budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, tax related matters, regulatory reporting for the IAG group and its subsidiaries and share service customers, and drive the organization's strategy
- Ensures accuracy of financial data submitted, and strict adherence to the monthly, quarterly, and yearly service levels (i.e deadlines, requirements etc) to IAG CEO, customers, stakeholders (e.g. subsidiary regulators, agents etc) and Income Insurance Group Finance.
- Provides meaningful and in-depth financial analysis on business performance, cost management and KPIs, including reporting to IAG Holding Company and subsidiary Boards and Income Insurance Group Finance as required
- Coordinate development of business planning, target setting and budgets of both IAG group, subsidiaries and IAG customers as required
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulations, guidelines and standards
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to strengthen and optimise work processes to achieve finance excellence.
- Ensure a robust Internal control environment for both the IAG share service, the IAG Group, its subsidiaries and its customers
- Excellent business partner to key stakeholders
- Responsible for Board meeting deliverables
- Play a key role in talent development and driving Income Insurance Group and IAG Shared Services Finance agenda

**Requirements**:

- Degree or equivalent qualification or professional certification in accounting, business accounting or finance with at least 8 years of working experiences
- Experienced finance leaders with a proven track record of leadership in a shared services management, with a strong sense of accountability and able to work independently
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to quickly establish credibility and rapport
- Experience in change management and process improvements
