**Job Description & Requirements**:

- Give out samples to the shoppers
- Approach, conduct sales pitch, convince prospects to purchase our services & products.
- Provide skincare consultation, product demonstration, recommendations on treatment plans and suitable products to client
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and shop sales target
- Develop customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Train new comers, motivate all sales staff
- Assist in daily operational duties such as cashiering transactions, inventory and ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the Store Manager

**Requirements**:

- One to two year experience in **pro active cosmetic sales (In Retail Shop)**:

- Proven experience in a **customer-facing role **, preferably in the **skincare/beauty industry.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of **skincare and cosmetics **products.
- Sales-oriented with a **passion for beauty **.
- Flexibility to **work evenings, weekends, and holidays **.
- Fast-paced and collaborative working style
- Positive working attitude and Sales Oriented
- 5 or 6 days per week, 8 hours **rotating shift per day (including weekends)**

Working locations: Central area
