- Prior experience working with children (min. 1 year of experience)
- Prior experience conducting therapy with Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) techniques would be favorable
- Have a strong passion and desire to teach and nurture young ones
- Hold a strong love and patience for our wonderful ones
- Fun-loving, creative and flexible
- Able to commit for at least 1 year
- Must be willing to travel

Job responsibilities:

- Provide 1-to-1 behavioural therapy using Applied Behavioural Analysis - Verbal behaviour (ABA-VB) and play based approached for children with autism and/or learning disabilities
- Develop individualized education plan (IEP) for each child according to his/her needs
- Modify lessons according to each child’s individualized education plan (IEP)
- Implement special educational strategies and/or behavioural modification techniques
- Implement therapy programmes targeting skill areas like play skills, social skills, language, and communication skills
- Create creative materials and utilize existing materials
- Provide support for in-class behavioural management and/or school shadowing
- Conduct data collection to maintain accurate daily records (progress monitoring)
