We're on the lookout for a vibrant, patient, and dedicated **Behaviour Therapist (ABA) **to join our dynamic team. You'll be the guiding light for children facing behavioral challenges, learning hurdles, and special needs, leading them on a path of discovery and empowerment.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead engaging 1:1 and group ABA therapy sessions.
- Provide school shadowing sessions as and when required.
- Conducts centre-based, school-based, and/or home-based sessions as allocated.
- Monitors, records, and updates program and behavior data
- Provides written communication logs and/or verbal feedback to caregivers.
- Applies ABA principles in work. Embrace growth through active participation in staff training and meetings.

**Who You Are**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in a related field, like Psychology or Special Education.**:

- **Entry-level position with passion and dedication.**:

- Bring your natural ability to connect with children to the forefront.
- Embrace feedback as a catalyst for improvement.
- Communicate effortlessly, bridging gaps between teammates, supervisors, clients, and stakeholders; bilingualism is a plus.
