- Have strong team management skills to recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and product knowledge.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, motivating them to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, as well as to foster positive relationships with customers
- Have the knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions, track leads, and analyze sales performance.
- Understanding of automotive financing and insurance processes to assist customers in securing financing and aftermarket products.
- Competency in conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Awareness of social media platforms and strategies for leveraging them to promote the dealership, engage with customers, and generate leads.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure favorable terms for both the dealership and the customer.
