- PermanentOur client, a well-known firm is currently looking for a **Korean Speaking Finance Executive.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payables, keying in expenses, with Xero accounting system
- Process payments, and assist with intercompany back charge, bank reconciliation, and year end audit
- Review and process vendors' invoices and assist in preparing vendor payments
- HR function includes preparation of monthly payroll, verification, and processing staff claims, CPF contribution, leave records, and yearly IR8A submission
- Liaise with corporate secretary for statutory filing and other corporate secretarial work
- Manage group insurance policies of the company and liaise with the company insurance agency for renewal and inclusive of new staff
- Assist the team with documentation and administration of financial records, contracts, agreements, etc.
- Any other accounting and administrative duties assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Korean language proficiency to liaise with Korean clients
- Japanese language proficiency would be an advantage to liaise with Japanese clients but not essential
- 1 year of relevant experience
