**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Positive, have a “can-do” mentality, productive and professional.
- Resourceful and ability to work independently.
- Degree and above.
- Ready to contribute to the future of healthcare.
- Available to travel, may include up to 30% of the time.

PeopleSolve is an international search firm recruiting experienced and qualified nurses from around the world. They focus on recruitment in China, Malaysia, India, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia and Sri Lanka. The HQ of the company is based in Singapore.

**About The Role**
- Active sourcing for healthcare/ nursing applicants across China with applicants’ market mapping, including conducting preliminary telephone interviews.
- Preparation of applicants’ documents and organising interviews with clients.
- Become an expert in nursing recruitment using our CARE methodologywhich includes project planning and sourcing, offer management and pipeline building.
- Utilize various tools to gain the best exposure for the client’s open position, create and maintain a talent bank, shortlist and recruit the most suitable talent for our healthcare clients.
- Help to create a high-performance culture.
- Strong data-driven mentality, multi-tasking and time management, ability to use technology and solid aptitude for learning are critical to this role.
- This role is based in Chongqing, China.
