**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a driven individual to help manage and develop our existing ASEAN book of business. This role is for someone who is keen to help drive and manage both existing and potential customers. The individual is expected to work closely with the head of sales in the ASEAN region and be responsible for day to day customer inquiries and manage renewal of contracts with existing clients. The focus of the role will be primarily be in the ASEAN region, but may be required to assist other parts of Asia Pacific.
This role is for someone who has a passion for financial market data technology and is keen to build new relationships in both developed and emerging markets. In addition to an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced and dynamic team, the individual will get the opportunity to be exposed to a wide range of technical expertise in the trading technology field.
**Responsibilities**:
New Business Initiatives
- Working closely with regional sales head on new client opportunities in the ASEAN region
- Cold calling identified prospects
- Support regional head with development of key relationships with Banks, FCMs, and proprietary trading firms
- Effectively deliver platform presentations to potential clients
Inside Sales
- Work with team on new telephone and website inquiries and convert to sales
- Work customer referrals and convert to sales
- Maintain strong communication and relationship with existing clients to identify opportunities for deeper wallet share.
Account Management
- Gain a clear understanding of the client’s business & organization
- Develop key relationships with client operations team and key power users.
- Push relevant product & service information to the client/prospect
- Provide a regular presence at Key Account sites
- Maintaining Customer Account Information
Customer Service
- Software, Market data, and Order Execution Support
- Billing Support
- New Customer On boarding
- On-site support for Key Accounts

- Regular “Touching Base” calls to inactive customers

Education, Experience, Skills:
- Experience in sales & relationship management preferably within the financial technology space across
ASEAN/APAC
- English is essential as individual will be responsible for managing existing and developing new business with
clients in the South East Asia region.
- Experience selling to and supporting customers in Financial Market Industry
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to work with people
- Strong client-facing skills
- Self Motivated and flexible to work unsupervised
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly innovative and proactive
- Should have excellent negotiation skills to work with various different customer types
- Creative thinker with established networks across financial markets industry.
- Willing to travel when required
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Established/existing networks and relationships across the ASEAN region
