Key Roles:
- Software Development Lifecycle best practicesKnowledge in Payments product implementation would be an advantageKnowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects with min. 7 years’ experience in banking systems analysis, design and development with good technical knowledge of IT systemsGood knowledge in web app programming, content API, management systems, database and system designAble to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and offshore vendor delivery teamsAble to resolve conflicts with senior stakeholders and possess decision-making competenciesProven track record in project execution and implementation.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with experience in banking product or operation domainA team player with strong sense of responsibility and accountabilityExcellent analytical skills and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Understand and adopt Project Management Life Cycle Framework and report project status to Steering CommitteeLiaise and manage business, operations and technology stakeholders establish, manage and control of project schedule and deliverablesManage, track and articulate issues/risks/action items; work with respective product owners to address issues and provide update to stakeholdersAssign and monitor the work of technical team, ensure project steps are aligned to business objectives, meet deadline and within budgetEnsure deliverables are reviewed, designed, implemented, integrated, verified and tested to meet the quality standards and operations needsTranslate business requirements into functional and technical specificationsContribute towards strategic planning of technology solutions
