Senior Finance Specialist

- Role Summary- Responsible for the accounting and treasury activities of all Singapore entities, financial planning/ analysis for two SG entities and other support functions to Senior Finance Manager in areas of monthly management reporting and statutory filings.- Main Tasks**Financial Reporting**
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting functions
- Manage and support the finance shared service to ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting posting
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or vacancies identified during the reconciliations
- Manage monthly/ year-end closing process and ensure all financial reports are promptly and accurately prepared in accordance with the relevant regulations, law and standards.
- Coordinate external and internal audits, including year-end financial audit, and other audits.
- Responsible for preparing/ reviewing statutory financial statements
- Responsible for preparing/ reviewing tax returns (withholding tax, GST, CIT)

**Treasury**
- Handle treasury operations such as review payments via in-house treasury, interbank fund transfer and maintain the administrative changes in all banking platforms
- Prepare and review all the monthly reporting relating to net liquidity and cash flows projections
- Review and monitor overall cash positions
- Your Profile**Education/Major**：**Degree or above in Finance, Accountancy.

**Experiences**：**
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in statutory and accounting reporting
- Very good working knowledge of SAP ERP system

**Knowledge & Skills：**
- Good communication / coordination skill
- Patient, meticulous & resourceful with a positive attitude towards customers
- Work under minimum supervision
