Senior Account Specialist

(Opportunity to mentor a lead a team of 2-3)

Roles
- Responsible for full spectrum of accounting function including AR, AP and GL:

- Process accounts payable invoice matching and verifying with purchase order, delivery order/goods receipt and ensure coding to the correct GL account
- Check and process staff expense claims submitted in system
- Generate online payments and issuance of cheques to vendors
- Post and reconcile receipts from customers
- Send monthly SOA to customers
- Prepare journal voucher, ensure timely closing of AR, AP and GL
- Provide necessary assistance during internal and external audits
- Work with the team to improve processes and policies
- Any adhoc finance assignment

Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting

Experience - Minimum 1-2 years’ experience
