**Roles & Responsibilities**
1. Role Description:
The responsibilities of this role includes providing inspired leadership for the organization. Making important policy, planning, and strategy decisions. Developing, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
Assist HR with recruiting when necessary. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
2. Specific Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining good supplier relations by frequently updating supplier information and also maintaining regular clients relationship.
2. Preparing all necessary monthly reports, competitive information sheets, contracts, business correspondence itineraries
3. Analyse process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout to help implement changes and create a better work environment.
4. Preparing and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
3. Competencies:

2. Budget Development
3. Good with data analysis and report writing
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. Ability to manage supplier and client relationships simultaneously
4. Duration of Traineeships: 6 months
5. Approved Training Allowance: Fresh Graduates - $2,500, Non-mature Mid-career Individuals - $2,500, Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $3,000
