Senior Content Specialist

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine the content strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and target audience preferences
- Produce high-quality written and visual content, including articles, blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and more
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Craft content that resonates with our target audience, driving engagement, interactions, and conversions across various platforms
- Implement best practices for SEO to enhance the discoverability and visibility of our content in search engines
- Develop and maintain a content calendar, managing deadlines, and ensuring a consistent flow of fresh, relevant content
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats to inform content strategy
- Work closely with design, marketing, and other teams to ensure content aligns with visual elements, campaigns, and broader marketing initiatives
- Regularly analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to optimize strategies and tactics
- Manage a list of freelancers who are suitable to create content
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications / Business Communications / Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience as a Content Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types and styles
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO principles, and social media platforms
- Familiar with content analytics tools to measure and report on content performance
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and adapt to evolving industry trends
- Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
- Willing to travel oversea
