**JOB SUMMARY**

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist security executives/manager for daily security & Car park operations including administrative tasks and operations.
- To conduct audit and risk assessment to ensure no lapses in Security & Car park operations.
- Liaise with various departments for printing of contractor passes and doctor call room cards.
- Access card management including programming, ordering, printing and doing card extraction.
- Access card system management to work with vendor to improve system.
- Verification of attendance and claims submitted by all security officers
- Assist with training related matters.
- To assist in getting quotation, follow through and ensure work to be completed at earliest possible time. This includes raising of SR, CER/PR etc.
- To meet the requirement of ensuring staff access cards / car park access are carefully programmed.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

SPECIFIC

In addition to the job description of the Senior Security Officer, the Supervisor will:

- Manage a team of Security Officers and Senior Security Officers under his / her charge.
- Compile all security and car park related incidents for his / her shift and update his / her Supervisors.
- Assist in the management of security & car park systems / operations for TTSH, NNI, CDC 2, Annex Buildings (1 & 2), TBCU, FLC, NCID / CHI and ICH.
- Timely programming of staff access cards and allotment of car park access.
- Prompt record of daily security and car park related incidents.
- Assist to monitor and evaluate performance of his / her team to ensure compliance to hospital’s rules and regulations. To be discussed during the Total Performance Management (TPM) period.
- Train, plan, develop and upgrade competencies of his / her subordinates.
- Conduct investigation and prepare security report of incident, feedback etc. for submission to immediate Supervisor and Manager.
- Liaise with contractor(s) regarding all aspects of security & car park system maintenance / servicing and signage.
- Assist to evaluate services and effectiveness of security and car park system and to provide recommendations for improvement.
- Project management of projects assigned by his / her Supervisor and / or Manager
- Any other duties as assigned by his / her Supervisor and / or Manager.

GENERAL
- Arrange and assist to perform crowd control duty in any hospital-wide fire drill and exercise.
- Liaise with Emergency Planning Coordinators in the event of a major emergency exercise.
- Liaise with Singapore Police, Singapore Prison Service and / or any Home Team Agency on security related matters when necessary.
- Handle security and car park related problems involving staff, members of the public, clinics, tenants and contractors.
- Liaise with various departments for disease outbreak planning including training, drills and deployment.
- Any other duties and tasks as assigned by his / her Supervisor, Manager and / or Director.
