Our company is in search of a paralegal who has previous experience dealing with family law (divorce/probate), criminal & civil cases.
- Provide legal, administrative support to lawyers, including conducting legal research
- Drafting and preparation of legal/court documents, maintaining documents/correspondences and ensuring all information is organised/filed in a systematic manner
- Assist lawyers to manage files and handle multiple cases and deliver quality work under pressure and within deadlines
- Ensure the client is kept regularly informed on the progress of the matter
- Exercise high standards of client care in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide support and assist lawyer in the area of Family Office matter
- Serving Family Office clients
- Able to travel to China at short notices
- Willing to travel extensively in China Any other ad-hoc cases, projects and tast assigned by the lawyers

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Law with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (verbal & written), to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and to handle documents written in Chinese language
- Independent and able to multi-task
- Good ground in legal knowledge and skills
