**Responsibilities**:
- Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
- Conduct legal research and compile relevant information for case preparation.
- Coordinate and manage case files, including organizing documents, exhibits, and evidence.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel as needed.
- Prepare and file legal documents with courts and administrative agencies.
- Assist in trial preparation, including preparing trial exhibits and witness binders.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal or similar role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software, such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with court procedures and e-filing systems.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
