- Proactively manages employee issues to ensure timely query management and resolution. Acts as the employee advocate for HR by representing the services in a positive manner and provide excellent customer service. Identifies and resolves the employee’s issues and anticipates future needs by explaining/suggesting/providing additional information that the employee needs to knowAs required, escalates employee issues to appropriate Subject Matter Expert (SME) if functional expertise is required.Collaborates and engages Strategic HR, HRBPs and Shared Services to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives and plans, and identify opportunities to delight employees through continuous service improvement.Accountable for creating service standards/metrics for HR Connect and ensuring all service standards are met as per agreed Service Level Agreements.Effectively review and process HR service requests and transactions with a high degree of accuracy and adherence to procedures.Educates employees on Tier 0 practices and tools such as the intranet to encourage employees to self-serve.Educates employees on the functionality and use of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS).Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferredAt least 4 years of HR process knowledge is essential / may demonstrate proficiency in an area of HR specialism e.g. reward, recruitmentPrior experience of working with SAP is desirablePrior experience of working in a shared service centre environment is desirableA strong customer service mindset focused on delivering a delightful and engaging customer experienceExcellent attention to detail and accuracy; ensures facts are correct, complete and consistentStrong problem solving skills with a “Can do” attitude, focused on resolution.Uses standard procedures and common sense to solve problemsUnderstands how to handle, resolve and escalate enquiries; passes on information promptlyStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
