**About the Company**:
Our client is a well-established semiconductor company focused on driving innovation and advancing technology in the optical sector. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire an experienced Quality Manager to lead and manage critical areas of Quality Assurance.

**Responsibilities**:
This role is responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. The Quality Manager will develop and implement quality management systems, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and certifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality management system (QMS).
- Lead and oversee quality assurance and quality control processes across production and operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards (ISO, IATF, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
- Manage internal and external audits, including customer and certification audits.
- Analyze quality performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
- Handle non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to resolve quality issues.
- Train and mentor teams on quality standards and best practices.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer quality-related concerns and support customer satisfaction initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Quality Management or Quality Assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
- Photonics or equivalent optical and laser experience required.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
- Experience in managing audits and certifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
