Informatica Professional Services (IPS) ensures our customers are successful in deploying our enterprise Cloud Data Management solutions. We are looking for an experienced consultant with a passion for all things data related. You will be working with Informatica's full product line and delivering solutions in Big Data, Cloud integration, Modern Data Warehousing platforms, IOT and Data Governance, and you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of the data management world.

**Your Opportunity**

You’ll provide industry leading data management consulting services to our clients who utilize Informatica technology. You’ll also support the services sales cycle as requested and mentor other Informatica consultants in the effective use and deployment of Informatica products, including Informatica Cloud Data and Application Integration (“CDI” and “CAI”), Data Engineering Quality (“DEQ”), Data Engineering Integration (“DEI”), Enterprise Data Catalog (“EDC”), Axon and Data Privacy Management (“DPM”).

**Your Responsibilities**

You will work with our customers and business partners, both on short-term assignments to provide on-the-spot Informatica expertise and on longer-term efforts to ensure a support project is delivered in accordance with Customer's expectations. You will travel wherever necessary and work alone or with a team to provide support and solutions for assigned clients and projects. You will promote best practices while managing project deliverables, timelines, and customer expectations, ensuring long term success and adoption of Informatica products. Your ultimate mission is to deliver a first-rate client experience and positive brand awareness for Informatica.

**Your Qualifications**

**Must Have**:

- Minimum 3 years of software solution development & deployment experience required, preferably in enterprise data management projects
- Ability to position and present as an expert in Data Management space and Informatica products while on customer engagements
- Ability to independently drive technical discussions, presentations, and meetings
- Ability to relate business objectives and outcomes to technical solutions and vice versa
- Strong Consulting skills in Data Management space. Good Problem-Solving skills and taking strategic approach to consulting engagements by understanding customer’s long term data management strategies & vision
- Persuasive skills to sell technical design, solutions and ideas to peers, customers, and partners
- Good awareness of Data Management related industry best practices and solutions
- Strong in traditional databases, modern Data Lakes & Data Warehousing concepts along with SQL writing and troubleshooting skills
- Strong understanding and hands on experience with Linux & Windows based Operating Systems along with Data Management tools and technologies.
- Hands on with Linux Shell/ Windows Batch scripting.
- Hands on experience with Relational Databases like Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, etc.
- Good understanding of Data Modelling, Triggers, Stored Procedures, and other database related concepts.
