We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to work on one of Singapore’s biggest projects This is a permanent position at a leading global IT company, You will be working closely with the Solution Architect in implementing solutions proposed and leading engineers to complete assignments and implementation of projects.

**What you will do**:

- Takes responsibility for managing the design, installation, upgrades, operation control, maintenance, and effective use of Linux technology services.
- Provide the delivery of services, ensuring that agreed service levels, security requirements and other quality standards are met. Ensures adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
- Ensures that processes and practices are aligned across teams and providers to operate effectively and efficiently.
- Monitors the performance of technology services. Provides appropriate status and other reports to managers and senior users.
- Passionate about automation to enhance user experience and improve security and stability of the environment
- Assist the Solution Architect in providing innovative design, and solutions leveraging bare metal servers, virtual servers, Red Hat Open Shift, Kubernetes, Satellite, and serverless computing associates cloud services

**Your profile**:

- You must be a Singaporean Citizen to be able to get the required clearance
- Relevant experience in Linux and Windows system
- Experience in cloud technologies (AWS or Azure)
- Automation/Orchestration tools - Ansible Tower, Terraform
- Strong in scripting in at least one language - shell, python, Perl, etc
- Experience writing ansible playbooks, Terraform modules
- Experience with Agile product development
- Knowledge or experience in Red Hat Open Shift
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities. The mindset enables solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment while delivering on service promises.
- Exercises sound, prudent and ethical business judgment at all times
- Understands cross-cultural business practices; demonstrates sensitivity and awareness of other people and cultures. Possesses the ability to build rapport with a diverse workforce in multicultural settings
