**BMG Client Services Specialist (Mid-Office Asia)**

Bank Mendes Gans (BMG) serves its corporate clients in the Asian time zone through its mid-office within ING Singapore. The mid-office plays a vital role in our day-to-day contact with clients and the department is providing top-notch service to our client base. We are looking for new (or existing ING) well-experienced, internationally active, young professionals, who are fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken). Korean is considered to be a plus.

**Job description**

As Client Services Specialist, you are a team member in one of our Client Services teams and first contact to our clients regarding all operational matters. You are not afraid to pick up the phone and call our clients about product related settings, transactions and other day-to-day topics.
- You provide excellent client support for sensitive international payments with complex routing, interest calculation explanation and are responsible for processing and verification of incoming (FX) payments
- You assess the execution of payments in accordance with customer limits and overall cash pool balances. You monitor limits and reports accordingly to account management, risk management and the BMG treasury
- Via webinars, you will provide demos about BMG’s platform Megabank
- Together with colleagues you are responsible for implementation and static data maintenance of our Netting and Cash Pool product
- You enter and maintain all customer data in BMG systems e.g., new accounts, companies, contacts and banks. You perform contract verification, system set up and customer identification
- In short, you are responsible for offer operational support for all related client questions / inquiries

Summarizing the above: as Client Services Specialist you will have a dynamic job at the front of our organisation in which you will work in close relation with our clients, your direct team members and colleagues from various BMG departments.

**Your profile**
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) **and** Mandarin
- A minimum of 1 - 3 year(s) work experience in a customer support environment
