ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS,
JUDICIAL POLICY DIVISION
1-YEAR CONTRACT

**What you will be working on**

You will be expected to:

- formulate policy approaches and write papers (including briefing papers, talking points, speeches, minutes, correspondence, etc) for the Singapore Judiciary’s engagements with foreign courts;
- coordinate with relevant parties, internally and externally, to formulate and implement the Singapore Judiciary’s international engagement approach, at the strategic and operational level. This includes writing correspondence and submissions with compilation of inputs from various departments within the Singapore Judiciary, analysis of requests from other government agencies, preparation of programmes for inbound and outbound visits, etc; and
- support the Judiciary’s bilateral engagements, including staffing of principals, developing content and shaping agenda, providing logistic support and undertaking procurement of goods and services.

**What we are looking for**

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in international relations, foreign service or policy development and formulation work
- Good writing, research, analytical, communication and presentation skills
