The Aerospike Solutions Director for Financial Services Industry Solutions is an essential driver of customer success and revenue generation for the Financial Services customer base across APAC.

We are seeking a collaborative team player that will work closely with the Financial Services account team to ensure a positive customer experience and enumerate the Aerospike business value. Their goal is to efficiently drive new revenue, customer renewals and expansions toward multi-year terms.

**What You'll Do**
- Support sales team using industry network, case studies and value proposition

**Qualifications**
- Financial Services Expert
- Exceptional experience of working for Financial Services organisations in 1) retail and corporate banking, 2) payments and fraud solutions and 3) brokerage, capital markets and asset management.
- Having worked for a software vendor, systems integrator or consultancy organisation in a customer facing role
- Ability to understand technical database and enterprise architectures and relate this to business needs
- Executive-level communication skills
- Outstanding presentation skills, comfortable both in individual settings and presenting to large groups
- Deep understanding of analytics and how it fits into FSI use cases
- Well connected in the FSI industry
- Understanding of Singapore market

**Nice to Have**
- Deep understanding of AI/ML
- Understanding of APAC market (Singapore, Malaysia, China, India and others in APAC)
- Mandarin language skills
- Familiarity with insurance industry

.** Education**
- BS/MS in electrical engineering, computer science, finance or equivalent
