Job Opportunity:
Financial Solutions DirectorWe are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to spearhead growth and expand our client base among high-net-worth individuals from China.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, creating and presenting financial strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive services to clients.
You are required to promote and sell our suite of financial and lifestyle products, including insurance, asset management, and wealth planning services.
Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities in China and relevant international markets. To attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to expand professional relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential, to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
- Must obtain certification in insurance or a General Insurance Education Certificate
- Must have good understanding of insurance products
- Must have experience handling high net worth clients from China
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
- Expertise in wealth management, financial planning, and asset allocation
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
