- We're seeking a future team member for the role of Head of APAC, First Line Risk to join our Markets First Line Risk team. This role is located in Singapore (HYBRID role).
- In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Help lead via thought leadership on margin / haircut methodologies changes or business changes in coordination with Second Line risk and business stakeholders.
- Optimize financial resources within the Markets businesses (CCAR optimization, Stress testing and other Risk/Capital constraints).
- Assess the risk/reward of the existing portfolio and of new business opportunities.
- Expand and enhance risk ownership of non-Standard collateral in principal business and help source the collateral at right margins to minimize risk. Ability to back-test and perform quantitative analysis is important for the role.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Expertise in Credit risk would be required with demonstrated experience leading in stressed market conditions.
- 10 + years total work experience in a risk management capacity preferred, ideally with some of the experience in a front office capacity.
