**The Role**

As a Retail Assistant & Wedding Coordinator, you will work closely with our Managing Director to plan and manage all aspects of productions, inventory management, plan and coordinate weddings & events. You must have good time management and you will create the best customer service experience to include the fit & recommendations to our shoppers & customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Director and Production Manager (SM) and other appointed officer in managing and ensuring the smooth flow for the Company.
- In-charge of production & coordination for the Company & alias with suppliers, vendors and customers, etc.
- In-charge of Administration & process incoming & outgoing stocks and assist in restocking, returns & stock taking.
- In-charge of customer’s fittings and product recommendation.
- Assist in fashion merchandising, fashion design & business development and engage with our customers for product launches, events, and workshops.
- Work on to drive online & store sales performance.
- Engage with our customers for product launches, events, and workshops.
- Ensure good housekeeping in all areas of the store daily.
- Create a fun, vibrant and stress-free shopping experience for our customers.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Diploma in business, fashion merchandising or related fields. Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience in retail, hospitality-related work experience or in weddings or events.
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
- Strong project management skills - able to manage multiple projects and execute them well.
- Highly responsible and well-organized player.
- A proactive and collaborative team player who is able to work independently and, in a team, to deliver results.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Video Editing Software is a plus.
- Interested in fashion and weddings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - 2,500 per month

Schedule: 5 Days’ Work (1 Weekday & Saturday/ Sunday Off)

Location: Central

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
