For this role, the Seller Affiliate BD Associate is responsible for reaching out to Lazada’s brands and sellers, and convert them into Seller Affiliates.Your role would include:
- Cold call Marketplace sellers who do not have KAMs/vKAMs as contact point to pitch Seller Affiliate Programme and assist sellers with entire sign-up process.
- Assist LazMall brands with sign-up process if requested by KAM.
- Understand the entire programme and its benefits in order to articulate to sellers and answer any queries.
- Update internal cross-team trackers with seller information and management of seller’s onboarding documents..

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

- In order to succeed in this role, you should ideally have:
- Telesales or customer service experience (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with selling/cross selling over the phone and handling rejections.
- Thrive in meeting sales targets.
- Fluent in both written and oral English
- Comfortable with using Lazada in-house workstation platforms.
