**What You’ll Do**
You’ll support our Commercial Director and sales team to ensure partnerships, roadshows and orders run smoothly. Expect variety, ownership and plenty of real-world action.

**Sales & Key Accounts Support**
- Follow up with key clients after deals are closed
- Coordinate order fulfilment with warehouse, office and logistics teams
- Support with price lists, invoices, quotes and product presentations
- Help prepare for business meetings and respond to customer queries

**Partnerships & Roadshows**
- Attend and manage weekend roadshows (when scheduled)
- Liaise with partners and vendors for sampling events
- Coordinate small-scale campaigns and B2B partnerships

**E-commerce Support (as needed)**
- Help pack online orders when production team is engaged
- Analyse our platform-related sales
- Optimise online marketing measures including ad placement and ad spend
- Assist with feedback collation and order processing tasks

**Other Responsibilities**
- General admin and tracking of documents related to sales
- Ad-hoc duties to support sales and BD operations

**Who You Are**
- A fresh graduate or polytechnic diploma holder with up to 2 years of experience
- Hungry to learn and eager to build a career in sales or business development
- Excellent team player
- Comfortable speaking to clients and partners
- Independent, organised and responsive
- Able to work some weekends (roadshows are occasional, not weekly)
- Interested in wellness, health, fitness or nutrition is a big plus
