Job Description – Junior Sales Manager
Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Junior Sales Manager. This is an entry-level position designed for candidates who are eager to start their career in sales and leadership. You will receive full training, guidance, and mentorship to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in sales management, customer engagement, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Assist in handling client inquiries, negotiations, and contract discussions.
  • Deliver excellent service and follow-up to improve customer satisfaction.
Team Support
  • Work closely with the sales team to support day-to-day activities.
  • Participate in training sessions to build leadership and communication skills.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment.
Operations & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information.
  • Support the preparation of simple reports on sales performance and progress.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts.
Sales Development
  • Learn and support the implementation of sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Research and identify potential customers, market trends, and new business opportunities.
    Assist in setting and tracking sales targets and performance indicators.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, but not required) .
  • No prior sales experience necessary – full training will be provided.
  • Strong interest in sales, customer relations, and leadership.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
