Role Purpose
- To lead Customer Facing IT projects in planning, formulating and execution to deliver defined scope and benefits within time, budget and quality constraints.
- To support the Commercial team in both pre-sales and post-sales Customer Integration requirements, including responding to RFQs and RFIs with the aim to increase Organization’s competitive advantage through software/hardware solutions and interfaces.
- To align, support and execute global/regional & country initiatives
- To provide on-going post projects implementation support.

Accountabilities
- To provide pre-sales CFIT support: Lead the IT related sales presentations to customer.
- To design CFIT solution that meets customers’ integration requirements (Includes networking and infrastructure requirements) and formulate IS solution costing for business decision.
- To participate in customer’s RFI/RFQ and develop questionnaire on IT related requirements.
- To lead CFIT project plan, scope and identify key stakeholders for Customer Facing IT projects and manage the delivery and deployment of Customer IT Integration solutions by working closely with customers, on a day to day basis, on behalf of the business sponsor, to ensure an on-time, to budget and quality delivery of all elements of the solution / project.
- To manage the project and report regularly against the project plan to ensure visibility of project progress.
- To coordinate with global/regional Business IT country coordination and domains, CIS, ITSC account management and Solution support.
- To assist sales and customer IS requirements through development of project plans.
- To support Global/Regional Customer Facing IT program or integration projects deployment.
- To participate in addressing business or customer pain points to resolution to ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken.
- To provide sustainable Customer Facing IT solution and align to global/regional roadmap as appropriate.
- To provide training to Customer Facing IT team to ensure that they are and technically competent to support customer.
- To manage external suppliers including; selection of vendors, contract negotiation, establishment of service level agreements including service performance standards, monitoring and follow-up on performance.

**Benefits**:

- Educational Qualifications: Preferably Degree in IT or Computer Science (or equivalent)
- 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in logistics industry
- Familiar with ERP systems, or experience in IT integration is preferred
