Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a senior HR Business Partner to join a fast-growing team. This role is based in Singapore.

With its aggressive expansion plan globally, the HRBP - Asia Head, would need to work closely with key business leaders and stakeholders to map business requirements and to work in partnership with global CHRO to maintain HR processes and policies.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage key stakeholders and business leaders to understand business requirements
- Work with line management to interpret and guide HR policies
- Work with the CHRO to maintain and develop HR policies and processes
- Deal with complex employee relations issues (investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, redundancies
- Provide assistance with year-end management (e.g., promotions, bonuses, salary increases)
- Manage the monthly payroll process for Asia, and all compensation and benefits
- Manage the entire talent acquisition and recruitment process with the Regional Talent Acquisition Partner
- Enhance relationships between management and employees, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 years of HR experience ideally from within the financial services space
- At least 5+ years of HRBP experience
- Experience in similar large global business with cross-jurisdiction coverage preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership in working with senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of APAC Employment Laws and regulations
- Ability to multitask and deal with complexity within a dynamic and rapidly growing business environment
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, and with an astute commercial mind
- Excellent communication skills
