**Job Description**:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Reports to the Manager, Outreach & Coaching
- Experience in coaching, outreach to the needed / socially displaced people (or related demographics)
- Penchant to serve and aid people for livelihood and independent living
- Collecting and analyzing data on local demographics
- High percentage of time will be field work with the ground beneficiaries
- Sagacious and sensitive to the situations and expectations of the beneficiaries and clientele
- Able to work off-normal times to meet targets and goals based on beneficiary’s availability and seamless interaction/engagement
- Administer and document findings, occurrences, highlights, concerns and records of outreach, coaching activities etc
- Outcome based and result driven requirements
- Strictly refrain from personal attachments and emotions in any dealings with beneficiaries - to be professional and focused at all times
- To comply with PDPA regulations, and confidential information and personal details
- Any other related and assigned scopes/tasks
**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE ‘N’ levels
- Any related certifications in human-behavioral studies preferred (not compulsory)
- Good Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint knowledge
- Able bodied as to effectively carry out field work at ground level
- Able to freely converse in any of the 3 official languages (Malay, Tamil and/or Mandarin) apart from English
- Committed, persevering and focused on successful closure with beneficiaries on their livelihood and wellbeing
