**Tuition Centre Looking for Course Consultant**

Vacancies: Multiple

**MUST be fluent in typing and speaking in Mandarin**

Work Location: Bugis

**JOB SCOPE**
- Assist the course consultant in relationship management.
- Assist the course consultant in customer service.
- Indoor sales: introduce the product (courses) to the ready customers.
- Student registration.
- Update clients’ information and support the teaching team.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Poly diploma or equivalent or higher.
- Highly responsible and earnest.
- Understand Chinese clients’ needs.
- Communication after working hour is needed and is compulsory.
- Weekend Work is required (Off-days are on other days).
- Patient and love to communicate with people.
- Eager to learn and able to take feedback positively.

**PREFERRED CANDIDATE'S BACKGROUND**
- Possessing professional knowledge and skills relating to relationship management.
- Possessing sales, customer service or relationship management experience.
- Possessing good knowledge of China culture / Chinese clients.
- Fluent in typing and speaking in Mandarin.
- Present good interpersonal skills and is able to work under pressure.
- Having Singapore primary and/or secondary education experience.

**APPLICATION PROCESS**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
