As Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all sales operations within our luxury bridal boutique. You will lead by example, cultivating a client-first culture while meeting sales goals and maintaining the brand’s prestige. This role requires a combination of strong leadership skills, luxury sales expertise, and the ability to foster meaningful client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Leadership**:

- Drive and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and effective team management.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
- Mentor and motivate the sales team to elevate their performance.
- Ensure every team member embodies the luxury experience we promise to our clients.
- Be the expert on our collection, understanding every detail of the craftsmanship, fabric, and design.
- Stay informed about bridal industry trends and luxury market dynamics

**2. Team Management**:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Schedule and manage staffing to ensure coverage during peak times.

**3. Client Experience**:

- Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the boutique.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them through a personalized journey to select their perfect gown and accessories.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Cultivate long-term connections with clients to inspire loyalty and referrals.
- Maintain a VIP client roster and nurture these relationships through impeccable follow-up.

**4. Operational Excellence**:

- Ensure the boutique is always visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support in-store events and campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience**5-7 years in front facing sales experience.
- **Strong leadership skills**with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- **Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills**, with a natural ability to connect with clients.
- **Sales-driven mindset**with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A passion for fashion and an understanding of luxury brand standards and retail management.
