**Services Sales Leader - APAC**

**Responsibilities**

Set strategy and execute on key priorities and associated KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Lead a globally diverse team of new service and renewal services sales specialists - including hiring, retention, and talent growth and development.

Manage the forecast and track bookings against the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to achieve/exceed the APAC Services goal.

Align with our Customer Success organization to ensure our customers realize the value of our solutions, including the adoption of cloud technologies.

Building relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for a stronger, long-lasting partnership. This includes internal teams such as Product Sales, Engineering, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product Management, and our Global Support organization.

Leverage and partner with our Distribution and Resellers partners to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Obtain extensive knowledge of Extreme Networks products and services and overall cloud-based solutions.

Build out data-driven plans for all business development activities associated with our key priorities and track success.

Prepare for and present business outcomes and results at quarterly global business reviews.

Present value of our solutions internally and externally.

**Qualifications/Experience**

Must have cross-APAC experience and be very familiar with markets from Japan to Australia to India.

The ability to speak two languages is a plus, English + Mandarin or Japanese.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Master's degree in Leadership or another business discipline 15+ years in customer-facing, channel sales roles in the high-tech industry

Experience managing Sales teams, including forecasting and closing business.

Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment, and to deliver on detail as well as strategy

A track record for building and growing a world-class organization through talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention, characterized by high productivity and excellent morale
