Founded by industry leaders and technologists, IGSS GaN has the know-how and expertise to produce high performance 8″ wafers. IGSS GaN is formed solely to produce world class GaN-on-Si Epitaxial wafers and accelerate its mass adoption globally.

**MOCVD Associate Engineer/Technician - Process & Equipment**:
**Responsibilities**:
1) Perform shift duties to support the running of production & development in the module and ensure that process integrity for machines is in place for production

2) Responsible for monitoring, supporting and coordinating process & equipment related issues

3) Assist engineers in the qualification and fine tuning of the processes for production

4) Trouble-shoot basic equipment and process related issues

5) Monitor and improve on the qualified process using SPC and other statistical tools

6) Assist in implementing equipment and process improvement projects.

7) Assist engineers to improve and sustain equipment performance indices to meet operation goals

8) Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) as per schedule

9) Maintain good housekeeping and ensure good safety practices

10) Assist on H2 pallets & gas cylinder change

11) Perform wafer characterization with XRD, AFM & Hall etc.

12) Susceptor Baking operation and maintenance

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ITE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Wafer Processing/Chemical Processing
- 2 yrs working experience in Electrical/Electronics/Semiconductor industry
- Intermediate data extraction, analysis and reporting skills
- Solid time management and prioritization skills
- Team Player, flexible and able to support overtime
- Good ownership and accountability. Self-motivated, meticulous, disciplined and possesses drive with "can-do" attitude
- Fresh graduates will be considered

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Electrical engineering: 2 years (preferred)
