**Social Media / Digital Media Executive **(Freelancer work from home)
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing and creating content for our social media calendar (identifying/creating visual assets, writing copy, scheduling and posting).
- Managing and creating paid social media ads on Facebook, Instagram and other channels TiKtok as needed.
- Monitoring emerging social media trends, topics, hashtags and new functions to improve and grow our brand’s social media presence.
- Reporting and analyzing the performance of online ads both during and after campaigns, and continuously monitoring ongoing social media marketing efforts.
- Content production and develop social content calendars in line with marketing themes and objectives.
- Generate, edit and publish thrice-weekly social media posts, stories and other shareable content and moderate all user-generated content.
- Research and monitor competitor’s social activity and identify new, creative ways to reach our target audience/communities.
- Developing ideas for ways to grow our brand through online or offline activations, partnerships, etc.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Marketing, Arts or a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of Marketing or in a creative role, with at least 1 year of social media content creation - agency experience is advantageous.
- Proven experience as Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of content marketing concepts and best practices.
- Strong copywriting, design, creative writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional project management skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask, focus and work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive, and takes ownership of work.
- Well groomed, energetic and interested in healthcare/wellness.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or photography is advantageous.
