The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a key executive role, reporting directly to the CEO. The CTO is responsible for defining and leading the technology strategy, ensuring the development and delivery of innovative, high-quality software solutions. The CTO oversees all technical aspects of the company, collaborates with other executives, and ensures the company stays at the forefront of technological advancements.

- Develop and monitor yearly plans and budgets for the Technology Office and R&D.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and data security regulations.

- Lead research and development initiatives.

- **Technical Team Leadership**
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing technical team.

- Collaborate with the COO for operational support.
- Partner with the CPO to translate user requirements into technical deliverables.
- Engage with end users, partners, and stakeholders for technical guidance.
- **Risk Management and Security**
- Identify and mitigate technical risks.
- Implement best practices for cybersecurity.
- Establish protocols for disaster recovery and incident management.

**Qualities We Value**
- Extensive experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in software development and the Singapore government domain.
- Strong expertise in software architecture, development methodologies, and IT infrastructure design (cloud and on-premise).
- Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering scalable, high-quality technology solutions.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, cloud computing, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
