**Introduction**:
As an Analyst within the Global Supply Management team, the incumbent will perform activities related to material procurement, supplier identification, supplier development, and supplier management.

This exciting role has a combination of analytics, supplier engagement, and internal stakeholder management. The latter includes engineering, finance, and other teams withing Global Supply Chain.

**Essential Duties**

You will be responsible but not limited for the following tasks:

- Perform activities related to the purchasing of materials. This includes preparatio, execution, and analysis of RFQs and the responses. This might also include supplier negotiation
- Align on specifications and requirements
- Analyze spend data for insights
- Identify, develop, and manage suppliers
- Develop, implement, and communicate company policies and procedures for purchasing
- Review purchase requests for completeness and compliance with company requirements
- Maintains and updates purchasing orders, systems, and documentation
- Monitor the cost and performance metrics of contracts and subcontracts
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs
- Work on other projects and/or assignments as needed

**Education/Experience Required**
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (engineering, science, business management, or supply chain)
- Good communicator and interpersonal skills dealing with internal customers and suppliers
- Enjoy solving problems, analysis, and tackling challenges
- Positive attitude and self-driven
- A good team player
- Strong analytical capabilities, e.g., strong data cleaning skills, advanced excel, Power BI, VBA, etc.
