**Responsibilities**:

- Provide key support to overall team operations by planning internal staff meetings, preparing meeting agenda, recording discussions and providing follow up reports
- Assist the team with the execution of events/activations/campaigns by providing required administrative support
- Provide support during events/activations
- Create and maintain accurate and up to date records and files for all event management projects and ensure that all budgets, proposals, guest lists, events photos and contracts are properly filed
- Maintain current information in corporate databases for business contacts and vendor lists
- Update and manage calendars and provide reminders for upcoming events
- Sourcing, updating and maintaining an extensive network of new and current vendor contacts

**Requirements**:

- Able to work independently and as a team player.
- Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferably with creative proposal writing skillset.
- Proactive, flexible, initiative, efficient and responsible.
- Meticulous with strong attention to details.
- Positive learning attitude resourceful nature and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- High level of organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Passion for events and activations.
- Some night and weekend work are required.

This position will gain a good understanding of the event planning and implementation of activities and programs across different type of industry markets whilst being in a dynamic agency environment.

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,300.00 per month
