**Job Purpose**:
The strategic role will establish Implementation framework so that the Implementation team can function in an efficient, effective and professional manner. The person will lead, manage and motivate the Regional Implementation team to deliver quality implementation service as well as to manage IM resources and manage the deal assignments. The person will work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, across APAC and East Asia so that the Implementation function can be executed effectively and contribute actively to strengthening "Solutioning to customers" capabliity in close collaboration with internal stakeholders

**Job Responsibilites**

1. Lead, manage and motivate Implementation team.
2. Manage IM team resource and deal assignment.
3. Provide pre-sales support to TB sales team for complex products, including TMS, H2H, SWIFT FileAct solutions, as well for RFP presentations.

4. Manage regional/global implementation in cooperation with in-country implementation/CMS teams.

5. Drive initiatives which can help enhance the implementation service delivery, or/and enhance the operational/support handling in the AP Branches and Tokyo team.

6. Develop/review implementation procedures/guides.

7. Support team in the IM initiatives (such as conducting of product information sharing session with branches, operational improvement, etc.).

8. Management reporting and other Management administrative activities.

9. Organize and participate in department events/initiatives

10. Contribute to strengthening "solutioning" capablity of TBSD as a whole.

**Requirements**:

- Strong working experience in customer support, banking operations and systems
- Familiarity with market trends and regulations in APAC / East Asia regions
- At least 10 years’ of working experience in Transaction Banking is essential
- At least 7 years’ of leading team is essential
- Ability to interact with customer across all levels - junior level to senior management.
- Strong customer centric mindset
- Analytical and creative in problem solving
- Excellent proficiency in English.
- Ability to lead the discussion with senior management in achieving the desired outcome;
- Ability to spearhead projects/initiatives while working with various internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, proactive, team player, good inter-personal skills, etc.
- Familiarity with market trends and regulations in APAC / East Asia regions
