Singapore INTEGRATED HEALTH INFORMATION SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. Full time

Reporting to the Supply Chain Unit Head, the primary scope of the role is to work with the users and vendors to implement warehouse management system (WMS) solutions to Singapore Public Healthcare Institutions such as Changi General Hospital, KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Singapore General Hospital, NUH Hospital. You will manage the project plan(s), seek budget or management approval of the proposed solution, lead functional design discussions, review the solution design with vendors, conduct SIT and UAT, perform data migration and ensure the successful delivery of all projects (scope, timeline, budget) assigned to you.You will also participate actively in strategic planning of the supply chain roadmap of the public healthcare institutions and play an important role in shaping the technology to be adopted for supply chain solutions

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple projects in parallel, with focus in warehouse management and inventory management.
- Develop centralised supply chain & warehousing capabilities for Singapore public healthcare institutions
- Conduct user requirement analysis for the development / implementation of new systems and for enhancements to existing systems, including involvement in the system integration testingphase.
- Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems.
- Liaise closely with business usersand build good rapport.
- Collaborate with cross functionalteams from finance, supply chain, interfaces and pharmacy systems teams to to meet project requirements for medium to large projects

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience
- Domain knowledge in supply chain especially in warehouse management and/or inventory management
- Experience in warehouse solution implementation or warehouse set up as the project lead or functional analyst
- SAP Material Management knowledge will be an added advantage to manage interfaces between ERP systems and WMS
- Excellent presentation skills, with expectation to present to senior management such as IT Committee Chairman, COOs& CIOs
- Able to communicate issues and status clearly to different levels of business stakeholders and users
- Proactive with strong accountability mindset, self-driven individualommunication skills.
