
Central Kitchen Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
**Production (50%)**
- Support the activities in the central kitchen including food production, packaging and quality control
- Work with other kitchen staffs to ensure timely and accurate execution of production plans
- Maintain a clean and organized production area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
**Administration (50%)**
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and documentation of production processes
- Manage communication between the central kitchen and other departments, suppliers, and vendors
- Manage the documentation process of Central Kitchen which includes creating/setting up/scanning and storing, reviewing and maintaining accuracy of records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
- Any other duties/tasks as assigned by Central Kitchen Manager
**Requirements**:
- Relevant working experience in F&B production or Central Kitchen operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess basic knowledge of ISO
- Passion for the food and beverage industry
- Preferably with valid food hygiene cert
- 5.5days work week, Office hours, working location: Tai Seng
