**Job Description**:
1. Manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth handling of customers.
2. Supervise, manage and oversee a team of Traffic Controls, Drivers and Breakdown team to ensure all duties are carried out.
3. Ensure vehicles are in good condition before deliver to customers
4. Inspection of New, returned vehicles and make assessment of damages for Open and Close Rental Assessment.
5. Be the main person to manage all assigned customer feedback/ complaints.
6. Resolve professionally all matters relating to vehicle, accident, breakdown issues with customers.
7. Oversee LTA compliance and reporting as it relates to the fleet.
8. Negotiation repair pricing with authorised workshop.
9. Assets accountability for the organization’s motor vehicles and keys.
10. Enforce policies and procedures.
11. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
12. Ensure the availability of all idle vehicle are ready to rental out.
13. Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors.
KPIs:
- Supervise, manage and oversee a team of Traffic Control, Customer Service Representatives and Breakdown Team to ensure all duties are carried out.- Continually monitor department's efficiency, performance of representatives (CCR) and look for ways to improve productivity, reduce errors, eliminate unnecessary wastage and bolster the company’s bottom line.
- Deploy drivers and assign the most appropriate replacement vehicle for scheduling and ad-hoc assignments.
- Ensure that all drivers follow, adhere to safety instructions and road traffic rules at all times to achieve zero accident.
- Coach/assist traffic controllers on driver daily deployment
- Ensure availability of all idle vehicles are ready for rental
- Assets accountability for the organization’s motor vehicles and keys.
- Ensure of new rental & returned vehicles and make sure the interior/exterior vehicles are cleaned.
- Ensure vehicles are in good condition before delivering to customers.
- Fully responsible of vehicle fleet and maintain proper records of vehicle movement.
Job Requirements:
a. 2 to 3 years of experience from automotive rental company
b. O Level and above
c. Above 1 year of Class 3 driving licence is a must.
d. Ability to be a team player, motivate and work well under pressure
e. Responsible and positive with ‘can-do’ attitude.
f. Must be contactable by means of hand phone at any time including weekend and public holidays.
