**Key Responsibilities**
**Startup Programmes Support**:
- Collaborate with the Startup Programmes Lead to execute the Startup Residency Programme, including managing timelines, preparing schedules, and coordinating activities.
- Create, edit, and distribute programme materials such as onboarding documents, presentations, workshop handouts, and feedback forms.
- Plan and organize workshops, guest speaker sessions, and networking events, ensuring seamless logistics, speaker coordination, and participant communication.
- Compile and analyze data to prepare progress reports on programme updates, outcomes, and impact metrics for stakeholders.
- Provide operational support for Proof-of-Concept projects between Kajima and startups, including setting milestones, tracking deliverables, and facilitating status updates.
**Community Management**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for community members, addressing concerns and feedback effectively.
- Brainstorm and implement innovative ideas to enhance member engagement, including organizing community events and collaborative projects.
- Identify and nurture new leads for community membership through networking events, industry connections, and digital platforms.
- Create promotional content, such as case studies and member spotlights, for newsletters, social media, and marketing campaigns.
**Event Coordination**:
- Design and distribute event invitations and promotional materials to communicate goals and details effectively.
- Manage guest registration and communication, including tracking RSVPs, sending reminders, and ensuring smooth check-ins.
- Maintain a detailed event project tracker, assigning tasks, monitoring deadlines, and resolving bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., catering, design agencies, AV teams) to ensure logístical arrangements meet event requirements.
- Support on-site event operations, including setup, troubleshooting, and post-event wrap-up.
**Qualifications**:
- Innovation and / or entrepreneurship work experience with an understanding of early-stage startups on how they think, work, and problems they encounter.
- Energetic and enthusiastic about the startup and technology landscape.
- Ability to “speak the language” of founders, partners and stakeholders.
- Project / programme management experience, including creating and managing project planners, assigning and delegating tasks, and keeping track of timelines.
- Experience with managing stakeholder communications on project status, timelines, and deliverables.
- A passion for networking and connecting with experience in community building / bringing people together.
- Detail-oriented problem solver who never gives up.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
**Suggested Experience**:
0-5 years in a related field.
