The Retail Manager assists the Director in the management of all retail operations and drive initiatives to establish a customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all retail functions and ensure proper staff coverage
- Formulate and establish standard operating procedures to ensure smooth retail operations
- Work closely with respective departments to implement retail promotional activities
- Evaluate and track procedural efficacy to achieve key performance indicators
- Administer appropriate actions to enforce performance standards
- Be responsible for the handling of guest orders, enquiries and complaints
- Coordinate and supervise retail activities between butchers and service staff
- Manage, track and maintain retail inventory movement
- Ensure that retail operations comply with proper food safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness storewide
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Advanced Diploma
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English language
- Computer Literacy
- Capability of handling physically-demanding duties
