**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for optimized usage of the train simulator for both new trainees’ and as part of refresher training
- Develop, plan, simulator training / assessment programme and sessions
- Prepare curriculum materials for trainees
- Devise and implement train driving and defect handling assessment
- Conduct simulator training programmes / sessions / assessments and other NEL / SPLRT Operations Track Access Safety courses
- Maintain assessment records, analyze trainees’ performance results and prepare training ROI reports

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline from a recognized university
- Preferably with a Diploma in Information Technology as well
- Full Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) qualification
- At least 2 years’ work experience in Train Operations with sound knowledge of train system including defect handling, relevant operating rules and procedures especially the North East Line (NEL) will be advantageous
- Strong communication, writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player with customer-oriented personality
- Able to identify colors required during the course of work
