**Contract (6months)**:
To assist with new SAP system migration and implementation during the FY2024 year-end closing, year-end audit and preparation of annual report.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in Group account mapping
- Assist with the data migration of accounting system
- Assist with UAT and parallel run
- Assist in testing and checking of reports generated by new SAP
- Assist to streamline and modify existing monthly/quarterly deliverable templates
- Assist to prepare monthly consolidation and forecast files manually from Jan-Jun 2025
- Assist to prepare Group Consolidation financial statements in accordance with the accounting standards including notes to the accounts, manually
- Assist with Annual report checking and proof reading on financial statements
- Other adhoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of related working experiences handling group consolidation and with auditing experience.
- Experience in group consolidation for Listed companies/ MNCs and hands-on experience in using Consolidation and Business reporting tools such as SAP is highly preferred.
- Experience in BI tools and able to streamline and automate related work process is high preferred
- Meticulous with numbers and able to work within tight datelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess good attitude and able to work independently as well as being a proactive team member.
- Knowledge in using SAP is preferred, BI Tools
