Job Description

Monthly Consolidation

  • Prepare and review monthly consolidated financial statements for the group
  • Maintain consistency in chart of accounts and reporting formats across entities

Transaction Review & Entry Validation

  • Review accounting entries from all 3 subsidiaries for accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure timely month-end closing and ledger integrity

GST Compliance

  • Prepare and submit GST filings for relevant entities
  • Liaise with external advisors or IRAS on GST-related queries or audits

System Oversight (AutoCount)

  • Maintain master data integrity across entities within AutoCount
  • Train subsidiary finance teams on AutoCount best practices

Audit & Reporting Support

  • Assist in preparation of audit schedules and group-level disclosures
  • Support CFO in responding to auditor queries and documentation requests
  • Ensure audit trail and documentation are complete and defensible

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of consolidation principles and GST regulations
  • Detail-oriented with ability to spot inconsistencies across entities
  • Familiarity with AutoCount and ability to troubleshoot system issues
  • Clear communicator with ability to coordinate across subsidiary teams
  • Proactive mindset with ownership of reporting timelines and accuracy
