We are the exclusive partner of Finland’s **Arkki **to deliver its award-winning architecture and creative programme in Singapore.

Our programme also extends to adults, including teachers and corporate executives.We’re a young crew, anchored by a team of passionate coaches and cheerleaders. **Responsibilities**
- Plan and lead creative sessions and workshops for children, youth and adults. This position will have a heavier emphasis on youth and adults creative learning.
- Work closely with the management to design and deliver best-in-class programmes for schools and corporations by leveraging the Arkki proprietary content. You should be able to plan courses/lessons, lead the team and ensure a strong delivery of content.
- Assess, record and share learners’ progress in a timely fashion with the schools and parents.
- Guide the operations and admin executive in sourcing, procurement, packing and preparation of creative projects’ materials for courses and events that you or the team are leading.
- Work closely with the management and team to build strong relationships with clients (parents, schools, corporations) with regular communications.

**Expectations**
- Must be available to conduct classes during weekends as well - on adhoc or rotation basis if required.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Ideally 5 years and above of professional experience in design, architecture or engineering.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to deliver results with creativity and determination.
- Hands-on, willing to pick up small tasks and go beyond the comfort zone to support the team - we are one team.
- Can manage change well and embrace new challenges with a positive and can-do mindset.
- Collaborator with pleasant disposition and good communication skills.
- Professional and confident at all times when facing students, parents, teachers and clients.
